Red, white and blue enamel backgrounds to the initials, F L T, perhaps standing for Friendship, Love, Truth, originally from the AOOF and now the IOOF[back], mint double sunk enamel dial, subsidiary seconds,blue steeled hands, the white and blue enamel backgrounds of the letters L and T have small chips. From 1917 this Burlington(a division of Illinois Watch)hunter cased watch is a fine example of a Railroad Grade watch, would not have been approved for railroad use as they had to be open faced!
