The case is signed B.Poitevin et V.LeJeune, Paris. this was likely a high end jewelers in Paris in the 19th century. I believe the movement to be swiss from a Le Coultre ebauche , The movement is of the very highest grade available,fully jeweled and wolfs tooth winding, This is a superb example of a pocket watch for the wealthiest of men in the 19th century. Minute repeater and chronograph, the chimes are wonderful. The watch is lever set so please ask me if you need to know.53mm Hunter cased with dust cover! (Ref rm172)
