Universal - signed, 17j, manual, #381 column wheel [movement], excellent+ stainless steel screwback case ,33mm,presentation inscription on back, round push buttons [back] case,, excellent original dial with patina , subsidiary constant seconds and 45m register,outer tracks for tachymetre and 1/5 seconds, blues steeled hands for subsidary dials and chronograph seconds. great conditon on this Universal "UNI-COMPAX" dating from 1942. The inscription is "Palm Sunday 1942, Football team captain.(with thanks to a knowledgeable viewer).
