Hamilton - #912,17j,adjusted[movement], excellent+ 14k white gold filled Wadsorth case, 43mm, [back]another view [view]another view [view]another view [view],, very good+ Original silvered dial, reasonable patina, aperture for constant seconds. From 1939 this Hamilton "SECOMETER" was one of the last of the art deco designs before the war, very modern at the time and very beautiful now. Very interesting wristwatch from Illinois, dated to 1928(the first year of the Hamilton takeover) early use of stainless steel in a watch case, probably predates Rolex in this feature.A fine example of american design in the art deco period .!
